  • Ek hobby find karo: Koi aisi hobby rakho jo aap enjoy karte ho, yeh aapke self-esteem aur confidence ko improve karega.
  • Kisi trustable person se baat karo: Agar aap image ya self-esteem issue se fight kar rahe hain, toh kisi par bharosa karein aur unse baat karein - chahe woh parent ho, teacher ho, ya counselor.

 

Yaad rakhein ki aapko love aur acceptance deserve karne ke liye perfect hone ki zaroorat nahi hai. Apne positive self-image ko develop karo aur peer pressure ko handle karo.
