Now let's talk about the harmful effects of tea and coffee

As said earlier, tea and coffee mainly are useful for our body. But if they are taken in large quantities they can have ill effects too. Some of them are:

  • Insomnia
  • Confusion
  • Insulin rise
  • Heartburn
  • Nausea
  • Acidity
  • Aggravation of acid reflux
  • Disturbance in the glucose metabolism

Tea or coffee with milk and sugar  is the worst combination one can have. This preparation is hard to digest by the body and it triggers the acid reflux in the body.

Apart from this, sugary supplements can damage our oral health also. Most of the people are seen to have bed tea/coffee and sometimes they even have tea/coffee just before sleeping which can decay the tooth enamel.

So be mindful of the quantity and preparation of your tea or coffee and enjoy the drink!
