Ways to Reduce the Risk of Postpartum Depression:
- Exclusively breastfeeding infants for the first 3 months
- Consuming a balanced diet including vegetables, fruits, legumes, seafood, dairy products, olive oil, and various nutritious foods
- Receiving full support from the husband
