Only use Zyaqua Forte Eye Drop in the affected eye as instructed by your doctor Remember to wash your hands before using this medication Be sure to read the label for directions before using Do not miss any doses and complete the full course of treatment even if you start feeling better If you stop the medication too soon the infection may come back or worsen The most common side effects include itching and discharge at the application site If these side effects persist for a long time notify your doctor If this medication accidentally gets into your ears nose or mouth rinse with water immediately Inform your doctor if you are pregnant breastfeeding allergic to this medication or taking any other medications It is recommended not to drive or operate heavy machinery after using this medication as it may cause blurred vision and affect your driving ability
How often can I use tear drops?
Preservatives give eye drops a longer shelf life for added convenience. However, these chemicals can irritate the eyes. If you use eye drops with preservatives, you should apply no more than four doses in one day. If your dry eye is severe, you might need more than four doses per day.
Is it okay to use eye drops everyday?
Like any medication, eyedrops must be taken as directed. And unless your doctor has instructed you to do so, eyedrops should not be taken on a daily basis for weeks at a time. Eyedrops are meant only as a temporary fix u2014 not a long-term solution. In fact, overusing eyedrops can actually put your eye health at risk.
