Ovilow Tablet can be consumed with or without food but it is important to take it at the same time every day in order to receive the maximum benefits It is advisable to follow your doctors instructions regarding the dosage Begin taking the pill on the first day of your menstrual cycle and continue taking it for the entire month Once the pack is finished start a new pack If you vomit within 4 hours of taking the tablet it is recommended to take another tablet If you miss a dose and are more than 12 hours late in taking the missed dose use a condom during intercourse for a period of 2 days Commonly observed side effects of this medication include nausea headache and breast pain If these symptoms bother you or seem severe inform your doctor There may be ways to reduce or prevent them Spotting or bleeding between menstrual periods or missed periods may also occur If this happens frequently or persists for an extended period consult with your doctor Notify your doctor if you experience swelling and pain in your limbs shortness of breath chest pain or changes in vision as these could be signs of a blood clot Before taking this medication inform your doctor if you smoke and are over 35 years old or if you have a history of heart attack or cancer of the uterus cervix or vagina Your doctor should also be aware of any other medications you are currently taking as some of them may reduce the effectiveness or alter the functioning of this medication Do not take this medication if you are already pregnant or breastfeeding
