The Esro L Tablet can be taken with or without food but it is recommended to take it at the same time every day in order to maximize its benefits It is important to follow your doctors advice regarding the dosage and timing of this medication Start taking the tablet on the first day of your menstrual cycle and continue taking it for the entire month Once the current pack is finished begin a new pack If you experience vomiting within 4 hours of taking the tablet it is advised to take another one If you miss a dose and are more than 12 hours late in taking it use a condom during intercourse for 2 days as a precaution Common side effects of Esro L Tablet include nausea headaches and breast pain If these side effects bother you or become severe inform your doctor They may be able to suggest ways to reduce or prevent these side effects Spotting or bleeding between menstrual periods as well as missed periods may also occur If this happens frequently or lasts for an extended period consult with your doctor If you notice swelling and pain in your limbs shortness of breath chest pain or changes in vision it could indicate a blood clot Inform your doctor immediately if you experience any of these symptoms Before taking this medication inform your doctor if you smoke and are over the age of 35 or if you have a history of heart attack uterinecervicalvaginal cancer It is also important to disclose any other medications you are taking as some may interact with Esro L Tablet and make it less effective or change its effects Lastly this medication should not be taken if you are already pregnant or breastfeeding
