Dearloe Tablet can be taken with or without food but it is important to take it at the same time every day in order to maximize its benefits It should only be taken as advised by your doctor Begin taking the pill on the first day of your menstrual cycle and continue taking it for the entire month Once the pack is finished start a new pack If you vomit within 4 hours of taking a dose it is recommended to take another tablet If you miss a dose and are more than 12 hours late in taking it use a condom during intercourse for a period of 2 days to ensure effectiveness Common side effects of this medication include nausea headache and breast pain If these side effects bother you or appear to be serious inform your doctor They may be able to provide ways to reduce or prevent these side effects You may also experience spotting or bleeding between menstrual periods or even missed periods If these occurrences happen frequently or persist for an extended period of time consult with your doctor Inform your doctor if you notice any swelling and pain in your limbs shortness of breath chest pain or changes in vision as these may be signs of a blood clot Before taking this medication inform your doctor if you smoke and are over 35 years old or if you have a history of heart attack or if you have had cancer of the uterus cervix or vagina It is also important to disclose all other medications you are currently taking as they may potentially affect the effectiveness or alter the way this medication works Do not take this medication if you are already pregnant or breastfeeding
