Amitone 10mg Tablet is an antidepressant medicine that helps with conditions like depression, nerve pain, and migraines, depending on the dose. It contains Amitriptyline that works by increasing the levels of certain brain chemicals, like noradrenaline and serotonin, which improve mood. It also blocks pain signals from damaged nerves, relieving neuropathic pain.

Adverse effects include decreased libido, tremors, speech difficulties, palpitations, changes in taste, erectile dysfunction, and low blood sodium levels.
