Do not utilize Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion 04ml if the seal is broken prior to the first use Ensure to wash your hands before using the medication and shake the bottle thoroughly before each use If you wear contact lenses make sure to remove them and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them It may take several weeks to observe an improvement in your dry eyes so continue taking it as prescribed The most usual side effects of this medication include blurred vision and a burning sensation in the eyes If your vision becomes blurry or you experience any other changes in your eyesight refrain from driving until your vision clears up This side effect is typically temporary but if it persists and bothers you inform your doctor It is unlikely that other oral or injectable medicines will interfere with the effectiveness of Restasis However it is still advisable to consult your doctor before using it if you have previously used a similar medication and had an allergic reaction If you are pregnant attempting to conceive or breastfeeding do not use this medication
