Follow your doctors instructions regarding the dosage and duration of OSPAR TABLET You can take it with or without food but it is preferable to take it at the same time every day Avoid consuming antacids containing aluminum or magnesium within 2 hours before or after taking this medication as it may reduce its effectiveness It is important to complete the full course of treatment even if you start feeling better Do not double the dose to compensate for a missed one Simply take the next scheduled dose Possible side effects of this medication include dizziness stomach pain nausea and a bitter taste Usually these side effects are temporary and resolve on their own If they become bothersome or persist for a longer period consult your doctor Diarrhea may also occur as a side effect but it should stop once you have completed the course Consult your doctor if the diarrhea persists or if you notice blood in your stools If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medication do not take it In rare cases some individuals may experience a severe allergic reaction that requires immediate medical attention Signs of a severe allergic reaction include rash swelling of the lips tongue or face shortness of breath or breathing difficulties If you have kidney problems take special care when using this medication and inform your doctor about your condition
