Please follow your doctors advice regarding the dose and duration of Kemospar Tablet You can take it with or without food but it is preferable to take it at the same time every day Avoid consuming antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium within a 2hour window before or after taking this medication as it can reduce its effectiveness Complete the full course of treatment even if you start feeling better Do not double the dose to compensate for a missed dose instead take the next dose as scheduled Possible side effects of this medication may include dizziness stomach pain nausea and a bitter taste These side effects are usually temporary and should resolve on their own However if they persist or become bothersome please consult your doctor Diarrhea may also occur as a side effect but it should stop once you finish your course of treatment If it persists or if you notice blood in your stools inform your doctor Do not take this medication if you are allergic to any of its ingredients In rare cases some individuals may experience a severe allergic reaction that requires urgent medical attention Signs of an allergic reaction include a rash swelling of the lips tongue or face shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Take special precautions if you have kidney problems while using this medication and consult your doctor
