--Euphoria, insomnia, mood swings, personality changes, severe depression, psychotic manifestations, hypertension, congestive heart failure in susceptible patients, fluid and electrolyte disturbance, increased appetite and weight gain, decreased carbohydrate tolerance, manifestations of latent diabetes, increased requirements for insulin or oral hypoglycemic agents in diabetic patients, hirsutism, cushingoid state, striae, acne, increased sweating, decreased resistance to infection, negative nitrogen balance due to protein catabolism, hypokalemic alkalosis, cataracts, glaucoma, exophthalmos, and increased intraocular pressure.
