Cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker, relaxes and widens blood vessels, reducing blood pressure telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), helps the heart pump blood more efficiently and lowers blood pressure together, they ensure better blood circulation and cardiovascular health.

Take this medication with or without food, preferably at the same time every day for consistency.  Swallow the tablet whole; do not chew, crush, or break it.

Be aware of a potential decrease in blood pressure. Move cautiously when standing up to prevent dizziness or fainting.

Telmisartan may increase potassium levels, especially in individuals with kidney issues or those on potassium-affecting medications.
