Canesten S Cream 10gm strongly blocks inflammation by acting on the receptors in your cells. These receptors then go into the cell nucleus and control certain genes, turning off the ones responsible for inflammation and turning on those that fight it. Essentially, beclomethasone dipropionate helps calm down inflammation by regulating the genes that control it.

Shake the container well before applying, ensuring an even application to the affected area. Individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components (Beclometasone, Clotrimazole, or Gentamicin) should avoid using the medication. Allergic reactions may include skin rash, itching, swelling, or severe irritation. If any signs of hypersensitivity occur, the use of the medication should be discontinued, and medical attention sought.
Long-term use of corticosteroids may increase the risk of secondary bacterial or fungal infections. Patients should be monitored for signs of superinfection, such as increased redness, swelling, or discharge, and appropriate treatment instituted if a Burning sensation Paresthesia, Dry skin, or Itching occurs.
If you miss its application, apply it when you remember. If your next dose is close, skip the missed one and stay on your regular schedule. Avoid taking two doses at once. Consult your doctor for guidance on managing missed doses effectively.
