Nebistar may cause fatigue (tiredness) and dizziness. Be very cautious while driving or using any machines or tools. Talk to your doctor if you have these problems while taking Nebistar.

Does Nebistar cross the blood-brain barrier?
Yes, Nebistar crosses the blood-brain barrier due to its lipophilic nature. Its lipophilic nature makes it capable of combining with lipids and fats. So, it is effective in the treatment of migraine and essential tremors. This could also cause higher chances of central nervous system effects such as lethargy, confusion, and depression.

What is the risk associated with Nebistar if I take it during pregnancy?
Nebistar should not be used during pregnancy since it decreases blood supply to the unborn baby which can result in death of the child in the womb. Decreased blood supply can slow down or retard the growth of the baby and may even lead to abortion or early labor. Inform your doctor that you are using Nebistar if you have become pregnant, so that the doctor can change your medication.

No, you should not stop taking Nodon even if you start feeling better. Nodon controls high blood pressure but does not cure it.
