Trumen SP Tablet relieves pain and swelling in conditions like muscle and joint pain, and after surgery. It's effective for rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Tremendus-SP Tablet combines three medications: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac and Paracetamol work together to reduce pain and fever by inhibiting certain chemical messengers in the brain. Meanwhile, Serratiopeptidase, an enzyme, aids in breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, promoting healing. Together, they provide relief from pain and inflammation associated with various conditions like arthritis and muscle pain.

Common side effects of Tremendus-SP may include feelings of nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, heartburn, loss of appetite, diarrhea, dizziness, increased liver enzymes, and drowsiness. Swallow it whole, without crushing or chewing. It can be taken with or without food, but try to take it at the same time daily for consistency.
