Please follow your doctors instructions regarding the dose and duration of Soloflox 400mg Tablet You can take it with or without food but try to take it at the same time every day Avoid taking antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium within 2 hours before or after taking this medicine Taking antacids sucralfate or vitaminmineral supplements too close to the time of taking this medicine can reduce its effectiveness Make sure you complete the full course of treatment even if you start feeling better Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose just take the next dose as scheduled There may be temporary side effects such as headache dizziness nausea and constipation with this medicine If these side effects bother you or persist for a prolonged period consult your doctor You may also experience diarrhea as a side effect which should stop after completing the course However if the diarrhea does not stop or if you notice blood in your stools inform your doctor Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of its ingredients People with kidney problems should take special care while using this medicine
