How long should I take Rokfos?
Rokfos should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. The medicine takes around 6 month to show its maximum benefits on bones. However, in some cases, the doctor may suggest Rokfos for a longer duration. The exact duration will depend on the condition you are being treated for.
Is it fine to use Miacalcic in pregnant women?
Generally, Miacalcic is not recommended for pregnant women. However, enough evidence is not available to suggest risk associated with the use of Miacalcic causing birth defects or miscarriage in pregnant women. Miacalcic should be used in pregnant women with utmost caution. It is used only if the prescribing doctor finds potential benefit to be much larger than the risk involved.
How should I use Bonspark?
Follow the directions given by your prescriber and do ask him in case of any doubts. Usually, it is to be given in single nostril once daily. To start with we take 1 spray in left nostril on day 1, followed by right nostril on the second day. Continue to take the medicine inside the nose by switching nostrils every alternate day. Each bottle is set to deliver 30 doses. Do not use the bottle after 30 days.

Newbona belongs to a class of medicines called bisphosphonates that prevents abnormal breakdown of the bones. Newbona is used to prevent and treat osteoporosis and fractures in people with metastatic cancer (a cancer which spreads to newer areas of the body). It may also be used to treat hypercalcemia (elevated blood calcium levels).

Wellbone 5mg/100ml Infusion works by increasing the density of the bones which helps in preventing osteoporosis. In addition to that, it helps to treat high calcium levels in the blood caused due to secondary bone cancer. Also, it is helpful in treating metastasis of bone which is caused due to breast cancer.
Does Salmoncal help with pain?
Salmoncal is not an analgesic medicine which reduces the pain directly. Patients with osteoporosis experience pain in bone as a common symptom. Salmoncal is used in osteoporosis for the prevention of bone loss and damage which will indirectly lead to a decrease in the pain perceived by the individual. There are some reports of partial analgesic activity of Salmoncal, but the fact is yet to be established.
