Take Pentate-IT exactly as directed by your doctor. It is best to take Pentate-IT with or without food. To prevent heartburn and acid indigestion, take it 30-60 minutes before eating food or drinking beverages that can lead to indigestion. Follow all directions as advised.

Yes, the use of Pentate-IT can cause dry mouth. If you experience dry mouth, drink plenty of water. Take regular sips during the day and keep some water by your bed at night. You may use lip balm if your lips are also dry.
