Miratryp 100000IU Injection 1s is classified as a protease inhibitor and is prescribed to treat severe sepsis and acute pancreatitis. This medication contains which inhibits serine proteases like trypsin, chymotrypsin, and others, preventing organ dysfunction. 

Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, headache, skin rash, itching, diarrhea, and pain at the injection site. 

Miratryp 100000IU Injection 1s is given by your doctor or nurse. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen.
