How Colospa X Tablet works. Colospa X Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Mebleaf 200 capsule pr and Chlordiazepoxide. Mebleaf 200 capsule pr is an antispasmodic medicine which relaxes the muscles of the intestine and relieves spasm.
