Please follow your doctors instructions regarding the dose and duration of Lomexel 400mg Tablet You can take it with or without food preferably at a consistent time Avoid consuming antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium within 2 hours before or after taking this medication Taking antacids sucralfate or vitaminmineral supplements too close to the dose may significantly reduce the effectiveness of the antibiotic Do not miss any doses and complete the entire course of treatment even if you start feeling better Do not take a double dose to compensate for a missed dose simply take the next scheduled dose Possible side effects of this medication include headaches dizziness nausea and constipation These side effects are usually temporary and resolve on their own However if they bother you or persist for a prolonged period please consult your doctor Diarrhea may also occur but it should stop once your treatment is completed Inform your doctor if the diarrhea persists or if you notice blood in your stools If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medicine do not take it People with kidney problems should take special care while using this medication
