Yes, Dolpat can be used in the condition like hay fever caused by pollen grains also called pollinosis. However, if you have hay fever contact your doctor before starting this medication. Usually, in case of pollinosis, the medication should be taken for full season of pollen to prevent recurrence of the condition.
