Please follow your doctors instructions regarding the dose and duration of Gramoneg Tablet DT It can be taken with or without food preferably at the same time each day Make sure not to miss any doses and complete the full course of treatment even if you start feeling better Do not take a double dose to compensate for a missed one simply take the next dose as planned Nausea may occur as a side effect of this medication Usually it is temporary and resolves on its own However if it bothers you or persists for a longer period please consult your doctor Diarrhea is another possible side effect which should stop once you complete the course of treatment If it does not stop or if you notice blood in your stools inform your doctor Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to any of its ingredients In rare cases some individuals may experience a severe allergic reaction which requires immediate medical attention Signs of such reactions include rash swelling of the lips tongue or face shortness of breath or difficulty breathing If you have kidney problems be cautious while taking this medication and inform your doctor about your condition
