Can I drink alcohol with Flopanta-CT?
No, alcohol is usually avoided while taking Flopanta-CT as it may increase the acidity and cause acid reflux in the food pipe (esophagus) causing heartburn (painful burning in chest). This would decrease the effect of this medicine and can aggravate your existing condition.
Which is the best time to take Flopanta-CT?
Take Flopanta-CT exactly as directed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. To prevent heartburn and acid indigestion, take it 30-60 minutes before eating food or drinking beverages as that can lead to indigestion. Follow all directions as advised.
