Please use Virucid Eye Ointment only as directed by your doctor and apply it externally Before and after applying the medicine remember to wash your hands Hold the tube near your eye but do not touch your eye with it Gently squeeze the tube and place the medicine inside your lower eyelid You may experience a stinging sensation and redness in your eyes immediately after applying the ointment However these side effects are usually temporary and will go away on their own If they persist for a longer period please inform your doctor While using this ointment avoid wearing contact lenses
