Yes, the use of Urossil D can cause dizziness. Urossil D contains a combination of Tamsulosin and Dutasteride. Tamsulosin can cause a sudden fall in blood pressure while changing posture from lying to sitting or standing (orthostatic hypotension). This sudden fall in blood pressure can cause dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, sensation of spinning and vertigo. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, do not drive or use any machines. It is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.
