Introduction

Urimax D 0.4mg/0.5mg Tablet MR 15s is used to treat symptoms of an enlarged prostate gland in men, such as difficulty urinating.

It combines medications from different classes: tamsulosin (an alpha-blocker) relaxes muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, while dutasteride (a 5alphareductase inhibitor) reduces the size of the prostate gland.
