Introduction

It belongs to the class of medications used for pain relief and muscle relaxation. It combines Etoricoxib and Thiocolchicoside, targeting both inflammation and muscle tension.

It functions as a pain reliever by inhibiting chemicals responsible for pain and inflammation, Thiocolchicoside acts as a muscle relaxant by calming the brain and spinal cord, relieving muscle stiffness and discomfort. The combined action of both drugs alleviates inflammation and muscle related pain.

Similar to other NSAIDs, may increase the risk of cardiovascular events and gastrointestinal issues. --Etoricoxib: Headache, dizziness, nervousness, depression, drowsiness, insomnia, vertigo, palpitation, hypertension, heart failure, myocardial infarction, stroke, hypersensitivity reactions, anemia, eosinophilia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, blurred vision, tinnitus, dyspnoea, asthma, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, oedema, renal failure, albuminuria, liver failure, hepatitis, angioedema, erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Thiocolchicoside: Allergic reactions, photosensitivity, gastrointestinal disturbances, drowsiness, muscular weakness.
