The symptoms of overdose of Sertan include nausea, dizziness, fever, vomiting, confusion, shakiness, and a rapid heartbeat. Whereas, serious side effects include fainting, delirium, heart problems, and changes in blood pressure. Is 25mg of sertraline enough?
Sertraline treatment should be started at a dose of 50 mg/day. Therapy should be initiated at 25 mg/day. After one week, the dose should be increased to 50 mg once daily.
