It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of Gastric acidity, Gastro-intestinal reflux disease, Stomach ulcers, Intestinal ulcers, Excessive acid production disorder. It has some side effects such as Abdominal pain, Belching, Constipation, Flatulence.
