Atorvastatin: Myalgia, arthralgia, diarrhea, nausea, nasopharyngitis, increased liver enzymes, rhabdomyolysis. Clopidogrel: Dyspepsia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, rash, pruritus, intracranial hemorrhage, neutropenia, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura.
