Constipation means having trouble going to the bathroom regularly and when you do, your stool is hard and might hurt when it comes out.

Before using, read the instructions on the label.

Don't take this medicine with anticonvulsants (for epilepsy) as it might make them less effective.

Don't take more than the recommended dose because it could cause too much diarrhea, leading to dehydration. If you get diarrhea, stop taking the medicine and drink lots of fluids to stay hydrated.
