Omez D 30mg/20mg Capsule SR 15sis a combination medication containing Omeoprazole and Domperidone. Omeprazole is utilized for treating stomach and esophageal disorders, including acid reflux. Its mechanism involves reducing stomach acid production, alleviating symptoms such as heartburn, swallowing difficulties, and persistent cough. Domperidone acts as a prokinetic, enhancing stomach and intestinal movement to facilitate smoother passage of food through the stomach.

Consume It approximately one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning. This well tolerated medication provides long term relief. It is crucial to notify the doctor if the patient experiences vomiting, diarrhea, fever, or persistent stomach issues after taking the medicine.
