Please follow your doctors instructions regarding the dosage and duration of Ofelder Drop It can be taken with or without food preferably at the same time each day Make sure not to miss any doses and complete the entire course of treatment even if you start feeling better Do not try to compensate for a missed dose by taking a double dose simply take the next scheduled dose Possible side effects of this medication may include nausea and stomach pain These side effects are generally temporary and resolve on their own However if they persist or cause significant discomfort consult your doctor You may also experience diarrhea as a side effect which should subside when you finish the course of treatment If the diarrhea continues or you notice blood in your stools notify your doctor If you are allergic to any ingredients in this medication do not take it In rare cases some individuals may experience a severe allergic reaction that requires immediate medical attention Signs of a severe allergic reaction include rash swelling of the lips tongue or face shortness of breath or breathing difficulties People with kidney problems should exercise caution when taking this medication and inform their doctor about their condition
