Please follow the prescribed dose and duration of Ofal 3 Tablet as instructed by your doctor You can take it with or without food preferably at the same time each day It is important not to skip any doses and complete the entire course of treatment even if you start feeling better Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one just continue with the next scheduled dose Possible side effects of this medication include nausea and stomach pain These side effects are usually temporary and will resolve on their own However if they become bothersome or persist for a longer period of time please consult your doctor Diarrhea may also occur as a side effect but it should stop once you finish the course of treatment If it does not stop or if you notice blood in your stools inform your doctor If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medicine do not take it In rare cases a severe allergic reaction may occur requiring immediate medical attention Signs of a severe allergic reaction include a rash swelling of the lips tongue or face and difficulty breathing Individuals with kidney problems should take special care while using this medication
