When needed Melose 2 Eye Drop is typically used Follow your doctors instructions regarding the number of drops to use Wait at least 10 minutes before administering any other medication in the same eye to prevent dilution If the seal on the bottle is broken do not use it Always wash your hands and avoid touching the dropper tip as this could cause an eye infection This medication may be required for longterm use and is safe to use as needed The most common side effects of this medication include blurred or altered vision and sometimes eye pain These symptoms are usually temporary but if you experience them inform your doctor Avoid driving operating machinery or engaging in activities that require clear vision until you are confident that you can do so safely If your condition does not improve or if you experience bothersome side effects consult your doctor This medication is unlikely to interact with other medications you are using however inform your doctor if you have a history of glaucoma Do not use this medication while wearing soft contact lenses and consult your doctor if you develop an eye infection while using it
