Ellgut Oral Suspension Sugar-Free is a blend of antacids and antiulcerants used to manage acidity, heartburn, gas, and stomach ulcers. The stomach is normally shielded from acid by a mucous layer, but excess acid can erode this layer, leading to issues like acidity and heartburn. Bloating occurs when the abdomen is filled with gas or air.
This combination comprises Magaldrate, which neutralizes excess stomach acid; Simethicone, which reduces gas bubbles' surface tension, aiding gas expulsion through flatus or belching, and prevents gas accumulation in the digestive tract; and Oxetacaine, which numbs and relieves pain from ulcers or stomach acidity.
