Please follow your doctors instructions when taking Laxip Syrup It can be taken with or without food and you can mix it with water or fruit juice if you prefer Take the medicine regularly and try to take it at the same times each day Your dosage may be adjusted based on how well it works for you Do not take more than advised and if you miss a dose do not double up on the next dose It may take at least 48 hours for Laxip Syrup to start working If you are still constipated after three days speak to your doctor The most common side effects of Laxip Syrup include mild abdominal distension cramps and flatulence which usually subside after a few days You may also experience nausea or vomiting To minimize these side effects stay hydrated and take the medicine between meals In some cases serious side effects such as severe stomach pain severe diarrhea mood changes or seizures may occur If you notice any of these contact your doctor immediately Inform your doctor if you have diabetes or if you are lactose intolerant If you use Laxip Syrup for an extended period of time your doctor may recommend occasional blood tests to monitor mineral levels such as potassium and sodium Avoid taking other laxative medications while using Laxip Syrup If you are pregnant or breastfeeding consult your doctor before taking this medicine
