Please follow your doctors instructions regarding the dose and duration of Gynalom 400mg Tablet You can take it with or without food but try to take it at the same time every day Avoid using antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium within 2 hours before or after taking this medicine Taking antacids sucralfate or vitaminmineral supplements too close to a dose of this medicine can significantly reduce its effectiveness Make sure to complete the full course of treatment even if you start feeling better Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one Instead take the next dose as scheduled Possible side effects of this medicine include headaches dizziness nausea and constipation These side effects are usually temporary and resolve on their own However if they persist or bother you consult your doctor Diarrhea may also occur as a side effect but it should stop once you complete the course of treatment Inform your doctor if the diarrhea does not stop or if you notice blood in your stools Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of its ingredients People with kidney problems should take extra caution when using this medication
