How it works
Muscle relaxants include cyclobenzaprine. It improves pain and muscle movement by acting on brain and spinal cord centres that control muscle stiffness and spasm. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and discomfort by preventing the release of specific chemical messengers.

Adverse drug effect
--Cyclobenzaprine: Drowsiness, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, dizziness, palpitations, disturbances in heart rhythm, unpleasant taste, nervousness, confusion, delusions, allergic reactions, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, acid reflux, gas, loss of appetite, rash, itching, swelling, trouble urinating, blurred vision, changes in sex drive or ability, excessive sweating.
Aceclofenac: Dyspepsia, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, flatulence, gastritis, constipation, vomiting, melena, haematemesis, ulcerative stomatitis, exacerbation of colitis and Crohn's disease, liver damage, allergic reactions, abnormal liver function tests, rash, dizziness, vertigo, visual disturbances, tinnitus, insomnia, irritability, tremors, aseptic meningitis, kidney damage, edema, palpitations, chest pain, hypertension, heart failure.
