Etilam P 0.25mg/20mg Tablet contains Etizolam and Propanolol. Etizolam works by increasing the activity of a chemical messenger (GABA), which reduces the abnormal activity of nerve cells in the brain. Propanolol blocks the chemical messenger in the heart and blood vessels, decreasing blood pressure, heart rate, and the workload on the heart.
