Eltroxin 50mcg Tablet 120s is used to manage underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) in adults and children It's also employed in adults with thyroid cancer post surgery and radioactive iodine therapy.

It is a hormone medication, replaces thyroid hormone deficiency It helps alleviate symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, and poor growth when taken as prescribed.

This medicine begins working immediately, but symptom improvement may take a few weeks Take it once daily in the morning, at least 30 minutes before breakfast or any caffeinated beverage, as food and caffeine can hinder its absorption, affecting its effectiveness.
