D-Flaxene ER 50 Tablet is a combination of  Desvenlafaxine functions by slowing down the transporters responsible for serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine in the brain, albeit to different extents. It mainly inhibits the serotonin carriers, followed by norepinephrine, with less impact on dopamine. This modulation helps maintain balanced levels of these chemicals, contributing to the medication's efficacy in treating various conditions.

It's advised to adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration as directed by the healthcare provider. The medicine can be taken with or without food, but it's recommended to maintain a consistent daily schedule for optimal results.

Common side effects associated with it include dizziness, insomnia (difficulty sleeping), nausea, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, sleepiness, weakness, and sweating.

It has the potential to increase serotonin levels in the brain.
