Carbo Eye Gel is typically used on an asneeded basis Follow your doctors instructions regarding the number of drops to use Wait at least 510 minutes before administering any other eye medication to the same eye to prevent dilution If the seal on the bottle is broken before opening do not use it Always wash your hands and avoid touching the droppers tip to prevent eye infection This medication may be required for longterm use and can be safely used for as long as needed The most common side effects of using Carbo Eye Gel include blurred or altered vision and occasionally eye pain Inform your doctor if you experience these symptoms although they are usually temporary Refrain from driving operating machinery or engaging in activities that require clear vision until you are confident in your ability to do so safely Consult your doctor if your condition does not improve or if the side effects become bothersome Carbo Eye Gel is unlikely to interact with other medications you may be using However inform your doctor if you have a history of glaucoma Avoid using this gel while wearing soft contact lenses and consult your doctor should you develop an eye infection while using it
