Cadiprous 5mg Tablet is prescribed to individuals who have recently experienced a heart attack or severe chest pain related to the heart specifically unstable angina and have undergone heart stenting Its primary purpose is to prevent serious heartrelated complications such as another heart attack stroke or the formation of blood clots in the stents This medication may be prescribed alongside aspirin or another antiplatelet medication It can be taken with or without food and should be taken consistently at the same time every day It is crucial to continue taking this medication even if you feel well as discontinuing it may increase the risk of subsequent heart attacks or strokes The most commonly observed side effect of this medication is bleeding which may present as bruising nosebleeds blood in urine or stool blackcolored stool or heavier menstrual periods in women In the event of a cut or injury it may take longer for bleeding to cease Typically these episodes of bleeding are mild and resolve on their own However if the bleeding persists or causes concern it is important to consult a doctor promptly This medication is not appropriate for certain individuals It should not be taken if there is bleeding occurring in any part of the body such as a stomach ulcer or bleeding within the brain or if there are severe liver problems Prior to taking this medication it is important to inform the doctor if there has been a history of blood clotting issues or if a recent serious injury or surgery has occurred In some cases this medication may need to be temporarily discontinued before scheduled surgical or dental procedures Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult with their doctor before taking this medication

What is the most important information I need to know about Prasurel?
Prasurel may cause serious or life-threatening bleeding. Moreover, you may bruise easily and it may take longer than usual for bleeding to stop even if you have a minor injury such as a small cut while shaving. You should not stop taking Deklot on your own without discussing it with your doctor.
Can you drink alcohol while taking Cadiprous?
It is not advised to take alcohol while taking Cadiprous, as alcohol may increase your chance of stomach bleeding. As a result, you may vomit blood (which may be bright red blood or black/dark brown like coffee grounds) or you may have bloody or black tarry stools. Discuss with your doctor if you are not sure.
What if I forget to take a dose of Cadiprous?
If you have missed a dose of Cadiprous, take it as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, take it in the regular schedule instead of taking the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one as this may increase the chances of developing side effects.
Can you take aspirin with Redigrel?
Redigrel is usually prescribed along with aspirin in to prevent serious or life-threatening problems associated with heart or blood vessels (like heart attack, stroke, clot formation in a stent). This combination of medicine is given to patients who have recently had a heart attack and underwent angioplasty (stent placement in blocked blood vessels of the heart)had a heart attack, stroke, or had angioplasty to remove the blockage in arteries which supply the heart. Please consult your doctor before taking any medicine if you are taking Redigrel and follow the doctor’s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit.
