Cadiprous 10mg Tablet is prescribed to individuals who have recently experienced a heart attack or severe heartrelated chest pain unstable angina and have undergone heart stenting The medication helps prevent serious heartrelated complications such as another heart attack stroke or the formation of blood clots in the stents It may be prescribed alongside aspirin or another antiplatelet medication The tablet can be taken with or without food and should be taken regularly at the same time every day It is important to continue taking the medication even if you feel well as stopping it may increase the risk of another heart attack or stroke The most commonly observed side effect of this medication is bleeding This may present as bruising nosebleeds blood in urine or stools blackcolored stools or heavier periods in women If you experience a cut or injury it may take longer for the bleeding to stop Typically episodes of bleeding are mild and resolve on their own However if the bleeding persists or causes concern it is important to consult your doctor immediately This medication is not suitable for certain individuals It should not be taken by individuals experiencing bleeding from any part of the body such as a stomach ulcer or bleeding in the brain or those with severe liver problems Before starting the medication it is important to inform your doctor if you have a history of blood clotting issues or if you have recently had a significant injury or surgery In some cases the medication may need to be temporarily stopped before planned surgery or dental treatment Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medication
