It contains three medicines: Levosalbutamol acts by relaxing the muscles of the airways and widens them. Ambroxol reduces the consistency of thick mucus or phlegm so that it can be coughed out easily. Guaifenesin facilitates the removal of phlegam and reduces its stickiness.

Before using, shake the bottle well. Take the syrup orally, as directed by your doctor. You can take it with or without food.
