The Atrest 125 Tablet can be taken with or without food However it is recommended to take it at the same time each day in order to maintain a consistent level of medication in the body It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and duration as advised by your doctor If you happen to miss a dose take it as soon as you remember It is crucial not to abruptly stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor as it could potentially worsen your symptoms However if you experience symptoms such as fever muscle rigidity altered consciousness or seizures immediately discontinue this medicine as it could be a sign of neuroleptic malignant syndrome Common side effects of this medicine include nausea difficulty sleeping insomnia anxiety fatigue restlessness akathisia and depression It may also cause dizziness and drowsiness so it is important to avoid activities such as driving or anything that requires mental focus until you know how the medicine affects you If you notice any unusual changes in mood or behavior new or worsening depression or have thoughts of suicide while taking this medicine inform your doctor immediately
