The Aspire Tablet XR can be consumed with or without food However it is advisable to take it at the same time every day to maintain a consistent level of medication in the body Follow the prescribed dose and duration provided by your doctor If you miss a dose take it as soon as you remember It is important to note that this medication should not be abruptly discontinued without consulting your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms However if you experience Neuroleptic malignant syndrome NMS characterized by fever muscle rigidity and altered consciousness discontinue the medicine immediately Some common side effects of this medication include nystagmus involuntary eye movement and tremor It may also cause dizziness and drowsiness so avoid activities such as driving or anything that requires mental focus until you are aware of how this medicine affects you If you are using this medication be cautious as it may increase the risk of developing diabetes It is recommended to monitor your glucose levels regularly Inform your doctor if you notice any unusual mood or behavioral changes new or worsening depression or have suicidal thoughts while taking this medicine
