It contains aceclofenac which works by blocking inflammatory chemical production, reducing pain and swelling. Paracetamol relieves pain and reduces fever, while serratiopeptidase, an enzyme, can reduce inflammation and aid tissue healing.

It is taken by mouth after meals to avoid stomach upset or as directed by your doctor.
